Good morning.  Had alarm set for 6, woke up at 4, and proceeded to toss and turn and look at the clock until 5:30.

We have a visit to the pain clinic for Jim.  He has to go every 3 months to maintain his prescription and be checked.

  2. I hope the pain clinic appointment is successful. 4 am is a bad time for me to wake up and I have to guard my thoughts or I lay there and think about everything and anything and then don't go back to sleep.

  4. I hope Jim's appt. goes smoothly. I know you both will be glad to get back home and out of the heat. I never sleep well the night before I drive to appts. either.

  8. I have not been sleeping well here at the beach. I'm tired by the time we say goodnight, but then I toss and turn until the wee hours. Maybe getting 4 hours of sleep, but it's all good. I'm loving our reunion!!

  9. I still set our alarm for 6 am too, then I try to be in bed by 10 pm. Otherwise, I feel discomdiscombobulated all day. *lol*
    Hope the pain clinic visit went well. If I never darken another such door again it'll be too soon. (I spend many, many a day in pain clinics before the last surgery ... oh vey!)

  10. Hoping and praying that Jim's appointment went well. I never set an alarm and almost always get up ahead of when I need to. I never sleep well. That's just the way it is.
