Good morning!  Hope everyone had a good night's sleep and you are ready for the new day.

Several days/weeks ago, I had a prayer request about a gentleman in my church.  At that time, he thought he was very very ill and might not live much longer. Prayers went up and he got the good news that only one area in his body has cancer and it can be handled with radiation treatment.  God is still on the throne and He still hears and answers our prayers. Thank you to those who did pray.

I have one this morning also.  I am having another epidural at 8:30 this morning and if you will, just pray the physician has a steady hand and all goes well.  They do put me to sleep to do the procedure, because I am a chicken!  I had it once without sedation, and the doctor laughed afterward, and said he thought I was going to kick him!  It hurt too much for me to do that again, so sleep, here I come.

We had nearly 300 in church yesterday and the Pastor baptized 5 people.  It was an amazing service and the Lord blessed us greatly.  We are growing by leaps and bounds and as the Pastor said, the thing we must all do, is keep working to do what God wants us to, and to keep Satan out!!!

I have just one more, and that is a silent prayer for trouble within our family.  It is calm at the moment, but one never knows when it will flare up.  Thank you again.
