This will be short and sweet, at least I hope it is sweet!  As Jim and I were riding to the drug store to pick up some prescriptions for him, we drove by a Presbyterian church and the trees caught our eye.  I had to take some pictures.  These pear trees are in full bloom around our area.

My Sunday School Class has its monthly meeting at the home of one our members.  We all take a dish and the one having the meeting provides the meat, bread and drinks.  I am taking a pineapple casserole.  We have really good cooks in this class! All but me of course...lol

Have a nice day and God bless.

    1. Try it....I thought it sounded strange too, but once I made it, we are hooked!
      Pineapple Casserole:
      1-20 oz can chunk pineapple
      1/2 cup sugar
      1 cup grated cheddar cheese
      1/4 cup butter, melted
      3 Tbsp. flour
      14-16 Ritz Crackers, crumbled
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 Tbsp. juice. Mix sugar & flour, mix well. Stir in pineapple and cheese. Place in 1 quart casserole. Combine butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle on top of pineapple mixture. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. (Can double or triple if needed)

  3. Very pretty pictures. At least the trees are ready for Spring! Hope the temperatures will reflect the same.
The Pineapple Casserole recipe appears to be exactly like the one we make. It's heavenly!! Hope the meeting was fun too. ~:)
