WE NEED SAVING AT TIMES, DONT WE?

1)  Good gospel music - If you have never listened to a group called Signature Sound, give them a try...You Tube has lots of their albums.
2)  Air conditioning again....99 yesterday and about the same today.
3)  Family/Friends
4)  Sunday School Class Meetings - tonight at a member's house.  I am taking candied sweet potatoes
5)  Fruit Cobblers.......mmmmmm
Pulled out the good old recipe and made this for Jim yesterday, and I do believe he enjoyed it again!
6)  Cats who do not try to get outside (Spoty), but thankful the one that does (Cali) is back home, inside, safe and sound.
7)  Helpful Hints:
8)  Sweet Kitties

  1. I had no idea about Febreze, I totally agree with your statement about the humans. Sigh, especially what's going on lately in the news...hoping you have a lovely day, stay inside where it is cool. Blessings

  3. Hello. That little tiny kitty thinks he is big stuff!!! Thx for the febreeze tip. I know you will enjoy the get-together tonight. One of my favorites since childhood is candied yams. We had a lady in our church that made sweet potato cobbler! That's good too!
Glad Jim enjoyed the treat you made for him. Remembering you and yours in my daily prayers. God bless.

  5. Fruit cobblers! Oh YEAH! Stop tempting me with sugar, bad girl! *lol* Hubby used to make a really excellent Dewberry cobbler. He hasn't made one for quite awhile.
I use Febreze all through the house. Had no idea it would keep ants away. Cute kitty.
    Luv ~:)

  6. Cobbler looks delicious. I'm always ready for something sweet, that's my down fall. The finger sticks Abe and I do every two weeks is for our INR, I think that's what it's called to make sure we're not taking too little or too much of Coumadin for our A-Fib. The one for my sugar is once a day, although I think doctor would like for me to do it twice a day. I usually only do it before breakfast, if I remember. Dog just ate his supper, now he wants out. We're have boneless pork chops, sauerkraut and instant mashed potatoes along with some applesauce. Have a great evening.
