It is a lemon-poppyseed loaf, with a glaze on top. So easy, I am almost ashamed to type the ingredients----
2 packages of Martha White muffin mix - your choice
Follow recipe on back x 2, place in loaf pan and bake til brown. (Approximately 30 min.) Cool and drizzle glaze on top.
Glaze - powdered sugar (2 cups), flavor of your choice 1/2 tsp. (I used some lemon juice with this one) and 1/4 cup milk. Stir until smooth and drizzle on loaf once cooled. I also put toothpick holes around the top so the glaze would sink in.
Have a wonderful day!
Oh that looks yummy. Blessings
