A NEW DAY!

I am back and as crazy as ever!  Absolutely nothing is going on in my life worth typing about.  I will admit that being off these past few days, I find that I am not as interested in blogging or Facebook, Twitter, or any of the Internet sites.  Every morning I would come here, and sit and think about something to write about or pictures to show, and each day, I got a -0-.

I have, however, tried to read your postings, but as you know, did not comment.  I don't know how long I will stay, but hope spring brings something to post.

I have had the cataracts removed from both eyes, and it is amazing how well I see, and no glasses needed.  Right eye is 20/20 and left is 20/25!  Jim is also doing so much better since his cataract surgeries.  I praise God for giving these people the ability to learn and practice the procedures successfully.

Snow seems to be gone.  Rain has arrived.  Flowers are peeking their heads out of the ground.  Spring will certainly be welcomed at this house.

  1. I am happy to hear your great news about your eyes and Jim's!! That is news to share, for sure! I've missed you, Linda, and want you to know that sharing "nothing" is what I do most of the time. I don't think of Blogger as entertainment, but rather just touching base with people I care about. Spring is coming!! Love you and sending hugs! So nice to see you here.

  3. I'm so happy you're doing OK. Even when there's "nothing go on" it's good to hear what's happening in y'all's life. And isn't the "perfect" eyesight wonderful!? I love not having to go to eye doctors or spend thousands on eyeglasses anymore. Eye wear is such a rip off. Just be sure to do the 6 month check up to see if any film has developed over the eye. It's a simple procedure to have it removed. Usually it only happens once.
Hope your weather is nice and your days happy.
    Luv ~:)

  5. How wonderful to be able to see that good and without correction! I had an eye exam on Saturday and the correction I got in my contacts has been amazing. I was way off, not good.
Enjoy the indoors and keep looking for signs of Spring! Blessings!

  6. Such wonderful news about your eyesight! It's a blessing to be able to see well. I have a lot of nothing days too. It's always good to take a break. But with Spring coming maybe you'll be inspired. I would love to see your flowers since there is none here...yet. Give it a couple of weeks.
