SNOWED IN--------

I do not sew.  I used to sew when my children were small. Things changed as they grew, and the sewing machine was retired.  But, so many of my friends here do sew, crochet, knit, etc. so I thought the title picture was for you!

We have snow.  You may begin laughing any time now.  The ground is covered and it is still snowing - big flakes.  My son and grandson have already been over here this morning, all wrapped up, ready to play in the snow.  The schools are closed again today. They are getting the winter break after all!  Cali and Spotty are watching the snow fall.

With all the snow and ice that my friends up north have, I know this is funny to you. The last real snow we had was in 1993, so we just pretend this is heavy snow and go on.

I even saw on the weather map this morning, that as far south as Orlando, Florida, was having colder temps than in a long time.  Terri.....get that sweater out.

GOD BLESS US EVERYONE

  2. It's pretty! Enjoy! Cute picture of the cat. We've had less than predicted all winter but, snow, it comes quite regularly. And more tonight. I'm rather sick of it, to tell you the truth. Ready to see some color again!!

  5. Cold here this morning, around 14. Tomorrow it's suppose to be even colder. Daughter was finally able to take the cat to her place. So far his vomiting has stopped. He's to have nothing to eat except is canned ID cat food. No tid bits, teats or anything from the table. He loves yoghourt and butter, but that's not good for his pancreatitis.

  9. I've lost track of our snow count this year, it's not as bad as last year, but we have plenty. Temps have been very cold here, school's been closed for 3 days just for the temperatures.
