WHAT???

I don't know if any of you experience the same thing in the title picture, but I definitely do.  In fact, it has gotten to be always repeating, over and over. Either he can't hear good or it could be me, speaking too low....whew...it wears me out whoever is the cause.

I may have confused some, saying that Jim and I were going to have cataract surgery. We are, but this week was only to measure eyes, make sure the retina was intact and there was no glaucoma.  Our surgeries will be later this month and next.  It will be so good to see clearly again.  His is first the end of January, and mine will be the middle of February.

We made it to Aryn's basketball game. They won again, 74-50 and she scored 34 points.  The kid is just amazing.  She looks like anything but an athlete!  She has the natural ability and loves the game.  She definitely gives it her all....all the time.

I doubt you recall that I posted a picture of a bulb a friend gave me before Christmas. It is an Amaryllis.  Well, I must have done something right, because now it is in full bloom.

......Life Lessons.....
Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
The best is yet to come.
No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, and show up.
Take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
If you don't ask, you don't get.
Yield.
Life isn't tied with a bow, but it's still a gift.
     The End.

Have a wonderful Wednesday.  GOD BLESS US EVERYONE!

    1. Yes Sue....she is already being followed by several coaches and has received email and letters from many more. She is the one to decide. She is an honor student, 3.8 gradepoint average, plays all sports, just an all around girl.

  5. So Aryn has beauty, brains AND athletic skill. Good for her. I hope she gets a scholarship. That would be so great.

I love the amaryllis. It's beautiful. I never got around to planting mine, but maybe this weekend if I find the time I will.

  7. Yes, I to repeat things, but he keeps telling me I should wear my hearing aids when I say, what? I told hm, I think he needs some also, but I really don t know if he could stand to wear them. I bought him a wear of those TV Ears, but he won't use them, says they make his ears hot and itch. I told him, then I doubt he would wear hearing aids and they cost way more then the TV ears.

Sounds like the Granddaughter's team is doing well. Congratulations. She looks like she should be a model.

And your flower looks beautiful to. Guess you have a green thumb after all. Have a great evening. And good luck with the surgery, mine went great, it's been about six years. I was amazed at the colors, how much brighter they were.

I love the header. :) Bob has always joked that God gives us a certain number of words for our life. He tells me I'm going to run out first.
