HERE I GO AGAIN!

Brrrrrr.....good morning, or is it? Bitter cold for the rest of the week....low of 9 here is bitter I promise.

My daughter is taking me for my eye exam and to set up appointment to have my cataract removed.  It seemed to take all day yesterday, so hoping it wont today.

Aryn's school has a basketball game tonight at 6 and we want to go, but will have to wait and see.....if I can see ok after being dilated and if it is just too cold for old folks to be out running around!

That's it for my 'news' today.  GOD BLESS US EVERYONE!

  1. Cold? (giggling)--try -3 with snow, expecting a foot of the white stuff. I know, that's the north not the south, yes, Linda, that is cold for y'all. Stay safe. Blessings

  3. It's much warmer here but suppose to get colder tonight and tomorrow. It's definitely winter!
Hubby and I have had lense replacement surgery on both eyes for cataracts. It wasn't too bad but I'm grateful that's all behind us. Hope yours goes quickly and the costs stay low. Prayers from here for a speedy recovery. Luv ~:)

  6. That's cold! We got up to 21 today and the little snow we had was gone when I went out to my class tonight. Happily the class is only half a block from home. Keeping your surgery in my prayers.

  7. That is way too cold for you all in the South. We have the same here in Ohio, but that's normal (almost) for us.
    Hope your appointment went well.

  8. Brrrr...yesterday was minus 30 windchill. Today is supposed to be "warmer". I hate going out too, but I must today.

  9. Joe has to have a new surgery to correct some scar tissue from his cataract surgery. He hasn't scheduled it yet, but it's coming. At least it is relatively easy and a quick recovery these days. I have one that has started growing, but my eye doc says I have years to go before surgery. Whew!
