Aryn's school basketball team is in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, playing in a holiday tournament. So far, they have won one and lost one. They are to play at 10 this morning and then head home.
Leigh, my oldest daughter, took Grayce and her best friend to see a live rendition of The Christmas Story at our Little Theater last night. She said it was very good and the girls enjoyed it.
Do you remember the part about the lamp? When our son had his restaurant, we bought him the leg lamp to put in there, and it was always a good conversation piece. He now has it in a front window at home.
After today, there are 5 days and counting. I am as ready as I will ever be, so not going to fret over anything.
I have no exciting news, so will just hope your day is a good one, and remember to---
KEEP CHRIST IN CHRISTMAS
My husband and son want one of those lamps, sigh. We always enjoy the movie. No news here either, lol. Blessings and Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteIt's a cold and rainy day here in Scotland, but we remain happy and excited for Christmas day!
ReplyDelete"A Christmas Story" is a national treasure as far as I'm concerned. Great movie. We have it on DVD.
ReplyDeleteIt's overcast and getting colder here. Sure looks like winter.
Merry CHRISTmas everyone! ~:)
I'm trying to catch up on some blogs, Linda, and don't want to miss any of yours! We have a night light that we put in the hallway, of the leg-lamp from A Christmas Story. Every time we walk by it, we say Fra-gil-ea, like he does in the movie.
