MORE LOVE, LESS HATE IN 2015

Happy New Year!

If only we could practice loving more - loving those that seem unlovable. Instead we seem to judge more, hate more, kill more, bomb more, etc., etc., etc.  Is it because there are more of 'us' on the planet now, or has Satan finally won more of us to his side?  Personally, I believe we are living in the day and time when the Lord will come and take His children out of this mean, wicked old world.  My job is to be ready.
And by being ready, I need to love more, judge not, accept others and pray for them.

We didn't go out to celebrate the new year last night, in fact we went to bed around 8:30. We were both still sore and achy from our fall, so we didn't go to church for the watch night service. Thankfully my children all stayed at their homes too, so I didn't have to be concerned about them being on the roads.

  1. Yes, God bless us all!! Great post, Linda! Joe and I did stay up to watch the ball drop, though we watched two movies and then turned to New York City's craziness with about five minutes to spare. We are looking forward to having some friends in today, for the traditional pork and black-eyed peas (with green and gold, too!). Happy new year to you and yours!! May it be a happy and HEALTHY new year for all of us!

  2. Beautiful post...we stayed up to watch the ball and the madness of the tv channels (shaking head). Getting a late start of things today...not that were doing anything, but college football game watching...hubby is going through the deep freezer to see what to cook up later, wink.

Thank you Linda for your blog posts...you have such beautiful tastes in blog designs...and I look forward to each day visiting. Blessings
