CHATTANOOGA, DOWNTOWN AT NIGHT!

Our city looks so pretty at night.  The bridges with their lights, reflecting on the Tennessee River, and my goodness, that moon.  I found the picture while surfing and knew it would be a good title picture.

I have either slept wrong or turned wrong or something, because I have terrible pain in the right side of my neck and shoulder.  Years ago, my Aunt (also an RN) told me that if you wake up every day with a new ailment, you are ok.  If that pain lasts up to 2 weeks, call the doctor!  Seems I am of the bunch that has a new ailment every day....sigh.  Hoping the Ibuprofen and heat rub will help some today.

The tree house is coming along and they are doing a great job of making it safe, but fun too!
When fall arrives and the leave drop off the trees, it will be able to be seen better.  It has windows and a front porch, rails around it.  The top will be tin I am told.  The kids will have so much fun.  I asked Jesse (my grandson) if Pawpaw and I could sleep up there?  He stood a moment and then said, sure Nana, but bring your own sleeping bag!!!

I am jealous of the cooler weather my neighbors up north are having.  We will have to wait another 2-3 weeks before any noticeable change will come.  I love fall and football.

Have a great weekend.

  6. I hate getting cricks in my neck and shoulders. It makes you miserable. Hope you get the kinks worked out. Cute tshirt!! I've been seeing the treehouse progress on FB. It looks like a great place the Jesse and friends to have a blast. Cute answer that you have to bring your own sleeping bags! Have a good weekend!!

  7. I woke up with a crick today too, but it's because our old mattress is so lumpy and uncomfortable. We're getting a new one today. Hope you're feeling better by now. I like the advice of your Aunt. Love the t-shirt colors. It matches my motorcycle.
    Luv ~:)

  8. That picture of Chattanooga is beautiful. I hope you're feeling better. I've done that, sleep crooked on a shoulder, and it makes the whole day miserable. The tree house looks pretty good. I'm sure Jesse is getting excited. I like that shirt. You take care.
