"And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places."
Any of the above sound familiar?  Check Luke in the Bible. Every day I see or hear of something happening around the world that leads me to believe these things are signs from God.  I just heard there was a massive earthquake in Chile, and a Tsunami followed.

There are raging fires, floods, nations are fighting against each other, and many other things that God told us would come to pass.  I am just thankful that I know God and trust His Word to be true. Only He can give me peace.

Ok, thanks for reading what was on my mind when I woke this morning.

I am meeting my middle daughter, Jennifer and we are going for brunch at a new place in town, Tupelo Honey.  I have been, but she hasn't and since she is on spring break, we decided to go.  They have wonderful food.

I wish for you a sunny day!  I washed and filled my hummingbird feeders and made the juice to go inside and will hang them on the porch today.  The hummers are probably already here and I am late getting the feeders out. They usually show up in middle March.

  2. Our Hummers have been here for over two weeks. I love all our wild birds but I think the Hummers and the Great Crested Fly Catcher's are my favorites. The Hummers for their colors and the Great Crested for their lilting song.
We're cooking boiled Corned Beef, boiled Potatoes and steamed Yellow Squash for supper. The yummy smells are driving me nuts! *ha ha*
    God bless. ~:)

  3. I'm late again. I often think of all the prophecies in the Bible that we're hearing on the news. It can be scary --- but we know God and the "rest of the story". (sorry, just had to throw that in)
Hope you have a great day.

  4. Love hummingbirds. Remind me that if God takes care of them, He will take care of us. That is comforting in the goings on of our world today.
